She has an impressive and extensive background working directly in dental practices, and also in supporting roles serving the overall industry. Her various in-office roles include: clinical dental assistant, front desk coordinator, and office manager. Through her growth in these ascending roles, she has acquired considerable knowledge and understanding of the best practices and how to apply them to great results. Additionally, she has served as a dental insurance representative and understands the nuances of the industry. Currently serving as a coach for a number of years, she has helped numerous dentists and teams grow including general, periodontal, pediatric and oral surgery practices.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in
Healthcare Management. Additionally, she is a certified behavioral analyst and values analyst. With this unique combination of business acumen and personal development skills, Suki is adept at identifying what a practice needs, and how to address it as she sees the big picture, and how to address the details.
